Take Yourself on a Lamb Crawl

Do you love lamb as much as me?  If so, take yourself on a Lamb Crawl around DC.  Here's how:

Begin at Union Market/Border Springs Farm.  Dive into Craig's Lamb Hash, Lamb Bacon, Biscuits and Lamb Gravy.  Pair it with Buffalo and Bergen’s Asian bloody Mary's with gin light citrus and the shine and circumstance which is shine white whiskey, marigold tea, lemon, and comb honey mead.
Next up, head to Zaytinya. Chef Michael Costa will serve up some scrumptious Lamb Kleftiko paired with 961 Pale Ale, a Lebanese spiced beer.

Save room for Ripple.  Chef Marjorie Bradley makes an amazing Lamb Tartare with Lamb Heart Carpaccio, Anaranth, Labne, Mustard Seed paired with a “Black Horse” Meyer Lemon Mint Shrub, Bonal, Green Chartreuse and Jefferson’s Bourbon.  Yum!
