On April 3, Think Local First DC will host a workshop at Busboys and Poets on 5th and K designed to help local entrepreneurs, foodies, and aspiring restaurant owners become equipped with the tools and knowledge to open their own establishments. Trade Grand Tasting and Seminar: Wednesday, April 11, 2012
Members of the trade can explore the rapidly-growing wine
region with two exclusive events taking place at Hotel Palomar: a wine
seminar (1:30 - 2:30 p.m.) and a trade-only tasting (2:30 - 5:30 p.m.).
Guests will learn about the expanding new wine destination during a
classroom-style wine seminar featuring regional trends from several Paso
Robles winemaker personalities. Immediately following is a walk-around
tasting featuring varietals ranging from Cabernet Sauvignon and Rhône
