Breakfast at Blue Duck Tavern Beginning Tomorrow

Blue Duck Tavern is rolling out its new southern inspired breakfast menu on May 1st. We stopped by the Park Hyatt to celebrate.

Starting at 6:30 AM and served until 10:30, and often called the most important meal of the day, this breakfast showcases the best of southern fare: pecans, peaches, watermelons and freshly squeezed juices such as pineapple and mint, pomegranate and orange or watermelon, and, or coffee or tea from the Park Hyatt Washington’s renowned Tea Cellar.  The menu includes reinvented classics, like the french toast made from pressed bread pudding with traditional croissants and pastries that are fresh out of the oven regularly throughout the morning.  Other savory classics like the eggs benedict and pork belly are also sure to be crowd pleasers.

Boxwood Rose being enjoyed at the party.
This extra opportunity to enjoy the Blue Duck Tavern experience is a good sign for those seeking a power breakfast.  The regular amenities offered at the Park Hyatt Washington are available during breakfast service including complimentary valet parking.  This breakfast will be a popular spot for all the power players of Washington.
