Recipe: Fresh Fruit Salad

I recently checked out the outstanding organic grocery delivery from Arganica.  The delivery arrived packed full of fresh goodies on Sunday morning just in time for brunch.  With friends in town from New York, I had four hungry mouths to feed.  Being that we were at the Preakness the day before partaking in lots of sipping, I opted for the healthy route and made a Fresh Fruit Salad.  Arganica's produce was beautiful and delicious.

1 cup strawberries
1 container blueberries
1 kiwi
1 apple, diced
1 banana, sliced
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
1 tablespoon orange juice

Trim the strawberries' stems and half or quarter, if large. Add to a large bowl. Peel and dice the kiwi, add to bowl. Add in other fruit to the bowl.  Lightly stir the honey, oj and Grand Marnier into the fruit.  Serve or refrigerate and serve later.
