Lucini and Delverdi hosted a VIP cocktail hour at their booth last Monday at the Fancy Food Show.
The cocktail hour consisted of flowing Zonin Prosecco along with small intricate hors d'oeuvres made by Top Chef Finalist Lindsay Autry using the delicious Delverdi and Lucini products.
The cocktail hour with Chef Lindsay was a way for Lucini and Delverde to promote their Taste of Italy Tour.
Food trucks have become a popular idea in America, and Lucini and Delverde launched this East Coast tour in hopes of winning over America's taste buds.
This is not just your ordinary food truck travelling from city to city, but a cycle of celebrity chefs cooking up delicious Italian food using the Lucini and Delverde products.
The bus is 40 feet long and painted green and yellow.
It includes a professional kitchen and luxurious lounge area.
On Monday, the tour bus made it's way into the Fancy Food Show where guests were able to take a look inside, meet Chef Lindsay and mingle with other guests while tasting some of her dishes using products that are typically found in high end markets.
The Zonin Prosecco was a lovely way to relax from a full day of eating and mingling at the food show, and it was a real treat to meet Chef Lindsay and taste some of her creations.
