Mixologist Jonathan Fain has been developing the new "Periodic Table of Cocktails" at Bar Pilar and shared some of his new cocktail concoctions with Capital Cooking. Put on your ruffled shirt or maybe you should just drink one;) Bar Pilar has these awesome new ice balls that float inside your drink.
.5 ounce of St. Germaine
4.5 ounces of sparkling wine
3 dashes of angostura bitters
Gently stir all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
