Also, congrats to Gina Chersevani for winning the Cupid's
Not Stupid Cocktail Contest. We had a blast judging the event. Gina made a
creative Pisco sour-style drink called, "It Takes Two." She used 2 different
types of Pisco that complimented each other. We also loved Dan Searing's
delicious punch. He was there signing his new book, The
Punch Bowl: 75 Recipes Spanning Four Centuries of Wanton
Revelry.
I unfortunately got sick and couldn't
make the Grand Tasting, but I heard it was a huge success!
